由法國(guó)威立雅公司與聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織、聯(lián)合國(guó)環(huán)境規(guī)劃署聯(lián)合主辦的大型環(huán)保公益活動(dòng)——“環(huán)保藍(lán)圖遍世界”中國(guó)區(qū)頒獎(jiǎng)儀式，上周日在我國(guó)著名的海濱城市青島舉行，威立雅公司與國(guó)家環(huán)?？偩帧⑺考爱?dāng)?shù)氐挠嘘P(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)出席了頒獎(jiǎng)儀式。

　　為提高全球兒童的環(huán)保意識(shí)，今年初，聯(lián)合國(guó)教科文組織與法國(guó)威立雅集團(tuán)在全球范圍內(nèi)共同發(fā)起了“環(huán)保藍(lán)圖遍世界”國(guó)際兒童繪畫(huà)比賽活動(dòng)。來(lái)自中國(guó)北京、上海、廣州、深圳、青島五個(gè)城市的幾千名兒童參加了比賽，最終，青島小學(xué)生的作品——“水之魅力”從眾多的參賽作品中勝出，成為中國(guó)賽區(qū)的代表作，并于前不久的“6.5世界環(huán)境日”在法國(guó)巴黎威立雅集團(tuán)總部參加展覽和參賽國(guó)其他獲勝作品的世界巡回展。

　　據(jù)悉，此次“環(huán)保藍(lán)圖遍世界”國(guó)際兒童繪畫(huà)比賽活動(dòng)，共有來(lái)自全球數(shù)十個(gè)城市的幾萬(wàn)名小學(xué)生參加，法國(guó)威立雅公司已不是首次舉辦此類(lèi)活動(dòng)。目前，中國(guó)其他小學(xué)生創(chuàng)作的優(yōu)秀環(huán)保作品正在青島展出。

　　生命起源于水，水是生命的源泉。有人曾預(yù)言世界上最后一滴水將是人類(lèi)的眼淚。因此我們確立了以珍惜和循環(huán)利用水資源為主要內(nèi)容的作品主題：《水之魅力》。

　　這幅作品是由青島集美學(xué)校四年級(jí)二班全體同學(xué)合作創(chuàng)意并繪制的，作品采用了手工制作與繪畫(huà)相結(jié)合的方式，生活中的廢舊物品也被充分利用，火柴和牙簽被用來(lái)做成美麗的棧橋，青島盛產(chǎn)的貝殼做成了五彩帆船，吸管做成了污水管，廢紙折成了高樓大廈。

　　作品的背景是美麗島城海天一色的勝景，揚(yáng)帆青島，迎接奧運(yùn)。

　　左側(cè)的第一幅畫(huà)，在青島的象征——“五月的風(fēng)”的襯托下，是已經(jīng)完成的海泊河污水處理工程，經(jīng)威立雅水務(wù)運(yùn)營(yíng)有限公司處理的海泊河周邊的污水，被用于美麗的海泊河公園，改善了周邊居民的生活環(huán)境；同時(shí)在島城首次應(yīng)用于現(xiàn)代化居民小區(qū)——海泊人家的居民沖廁用水，節(jié)約了珍貴的水資源。

　　右側(cè)的第二幅畫(huà)，是我們暢想的污水處理的未來(lái)藍(lán)圖。中間是“未來(lái)號(hào)”污水凈化器，它快速高效，使污水處理率達(dá)到100%，真正實(shí)現(xiàn)城市污水的再利用，同時(shí)它還能凈化海水，對(duì)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展做出貢獻(xiàn)。

　　更為神奇的是，經(jīng)過(guò)凈化的超能水還具備了特殊的功效——飲用了這樣的水，人們身體健康，精神愉悅，藥品變成了只能從字典或歷史書(shū)中才能找到的字眼，古代帝王夢(mèng)寐以求的長(zhǎng)生不老已成為現(xiàn)實(shí)！用這樣的水灌溉，豐收自不必說(shuō)，更為重要的是豐富充盈的養(yǎng)分，更加有益于人類(lèi)身心健康；這樣的水流入江、河、湖、海，徹底改變了當(dāng)今地球的污染現(xiàn)狀，藍(lán)色星球再次熠熠生輝，物種更加豐富，就連那些在冰川世紀(jì)就早已滅絕的猛犸象和劍齒虎也回來(lái)了!

　　在“未來(lái)號(hào)”污水過(guò)濾器工作的過(guò)程中，還能產(chǎn)生一種超能源，它可以取代石油使用于未來(lái)海、陸、空等交通工具，人類(lèi)不再為能源而發(fā)愁，更不必為能源而戰(zhàn)爭(zhēng)！

Water is the origin and headspring of life. It is predicted that the last water drop is the tear of human beings. So we established this topic with the content of cherishing and utilizing water :《the charm of water》.

This picture was drawn by the whole students in Class 2， Grade 4 Jimei School in Qingdao City. It connects the way of handcraft and drawing. The waste receptacles are used constantly. Matches and toothpicks are used to make beautiful Zhan Pier. The shells are built of colorful sailing boats. The drinking straw is designed to be pipe lines. The waste papers are folded into the shape of buildings.

The setting of the paint is the beautiful scenery of Qingdao，which is expecting the Olympic Games.

The first picture on the left is the finished project, for disposing the polluted water in the Haibo River .It is the symbol of Qingdao ----“The May Wind”. The polluted water disposed by the Veolia Limited Company has been used to beautify HaiBo Park .It has improved the surroundings of qingdao. At first it was used in flushing toilets in Qingdao .We save precious water resource with the help of it.

The second picture on the right is the unborn plan of disposing polluted water. The middle one is the purifying machine called“Future Mark” .It is fast and effective. Its rate of disposing polluted water can reach as high as 100%. It will make the recycling of the city’s water safe to use .Let alone, it can purify sea water .It will be devoted to the sustainable development of the city.

The wonderful thing is that this supply system of water has special efficacy---- drinking this kind of water, makes one healthy and vigorous. There shall be no need for medicine any more. The dream that ancient emperors wanted to live forever shall be a reality. This kind of water is good for agricultural purposes, since it is filled with abundant nutrients. If it flows to the rivers, lakes and seas, it shall change our environmental status. At that time the earth will be more beautiful. It shall have abundant species. The animals that died in the “Ice Age " will appear in this world again.

The process of disposing polluted water can produce a kind of super energy sources. It shall replace gas for vehicles. Human beings shall not worry about energy supply, for it has driven countries to war.
